Physical Measurement Test (PMT) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Under this, candidates who wish to secure jobs of Sub-Inspector (UB) and Sub-Inspector (AB) in the West Bengal Police, will need to pass the physical standard test (mentioned in the eligibility section). They also need to perform an “800 meters run in 3 minutes”. The Female candidates must run 400 meters within 2 minutes. Candidates who will qualify for the Physical Measurement Test will be called for the Physical Efficiency Test.
