Top 20 of the most beautiful countries in the world

On earth there are approximately 195 countries. I say approximately because I am talking about states recognized by the UN. Among all these countries there are some really nazi (which I will not mention here but I can say that it starts with “Qa” and that it ends with “tar”), but there are also some very pretty ones. As I have never seen anything other than the suburb of Charleroi in my life, I base myself on the ranking of Internet users from Geo, it’s worth what it’s worth.

1. Italy

Italy is full of magnificent corners, from the Cinque Terra to Puglia through the Amalfi Coast, this country of a thousand colors and the most exquisite dishes deserves the first place in the ranking. MA QUÉ the focaccia.

2. New Zealand

If the countries of the world were college students, New Zealand would clearly be one of the most popular students. Unmissable destination for backpackers in a Volkswagen combi, we strut on the Coromandel peninsula, we admire Mount Taranaki, and of course we visit the Hobbiton village.

3. United Kingdom

Gee, you wouldn’t have believed it and yet the country of the Queen of England comes in third. It must be said that Cornwall has nothing to envy to the Cinque Terre in Italy. As for the cliffs of Dover, they will not leave you indifferent.

5. Canada

Justin Trudeau… Céline Dion… Maple syrup… moose… So many clichés a little bit negative on this country full of treasures and yet rather very cool clichés that all countries would dream of claiming. Difficult to make a choice among these landscapes so varied.

6. Norway

Always in the first ones. When we have the Northern Lights to spare, we can indeed go wild. And that’s exactly what Norway does.

7. United States

When you know that Americans are among the humans with the biggest carbon footprints, you think they don’t deserve as many magnificent landscapes, but what do you expect. You can find as many luminous waterfalls in Yosemite as trees over 100 meters high in Sequoia National Park, you are bound to be captivated by Death Valley or the hot springs of Yellowstone. Fortunately there are plenty of American landscapes that can be found in France.

8. Iceland

We love this country! With its northern lights, its unpronounceable tourist places like Hvítserkur and its maze of craters of the Hekla volcano. There is nothing to throw away.

10. Japan

Dream destination for lovers of manga and cherry trees, this country full of mysteries has something to bewitch us. We fell in love with Shikoku Island, which is definitely one of the lesser-known spots to see in Japan.

13. Switzerland

Our Swiss friends are so close and offer such sumptuous landscapes that we sometimes want to become Swiss. If only to be much richer and take a trip to the mountains every weekend.

14. Brazil

BRAZIIIIIIIIIIIIIL. An immense country with sublime landscapes. What more can you say apart from naturally recommending the Lençóis Maranhenses National Park?

15. South Africa

And we will not forgive you for missing the private reserve of Madikwé, Santa Lucia, the Drakensberg mountains. Oh yes and also from Port Elizabeth. In short, you have your work cut out for you.

16. Indonesia

We had already told you about the most beautiful islands in Indonesia and yes there is Komodo Island inside with monitor lizards that eat humans. But honestly, it’s deserved.

17. Argentina

Rich in national parks (Ischigualasto and Talampaya at the top of the list), we will not overlook the Quebrada de Humahuaca or the village of El Chalten. But if there is anything moving, it is the Perito Moreno glacier.

18. Chile

There are plenty of things to see and do in Chile (no, it’s not just Easter Island in life), including Torres del Paine National Park or the San Rafael Glacier.

19. Spain

An absolutely fabulous country in every way, first of all for its large cities ideal as holiday destinations for lovers or friends, there are also some gems off the beaten track such as the Caves of Drach in Mallorca, Asturias, Canary Islands of course. Is there anything more beautiful than seeing a flamenco show in Plaza de Espana in Seville?

20. Nepal

When you have Everest, Annapurna (which I remember is one of the most dangerous mountains in the world) and Kathmandu you already have something to make you want. In addition, we all already know very well how to say “Namasté” which will facilitate our integration into this magnificent country.
