Yes for a dose of red carpet glamor please!
At the 2020 Golden Globes, Hollywood’s elite looked under a roof without a façade. Just the week before the COVID-19 pandemic-charged living house order and massive lockdowns, celebrities sashayed down the red carpet, swapped air kisses and traditionally raucous award ceremonies on baked champagne flutes. The 2021 looks a little different – a limited number of stars stepped on an actual red carpet in Los Angeles, while others became dolls and ran virtually home, but thankfully we were blessed with a much-needed dose of fashion.
Cynthia Arrivo did not make a comeback in the Fresh-in-Couture-Fashion-Week Valentino Haute Couture full-skirt gown, while actors such as Kristen Wiig and Laura Dern opted for a decidedly more back-vibe in the Empire-waist Mini. Black tux respectively.
